Som Produktionsingenjör kommer du att arbeta mycket med dataanalys av våra produkter, ersätta din avdelningschef vid hans frånvaro, planera och fördela arbetet samt koordinera produktionen. Tillsammans med chefen för avdelningen driver du arbetet för ett framgångsrikt team!

Din roll:
Kontinuerligt arbete med arbetsmiljö, hälsa- & säkerhetsfrågor
Genomföra inköp
Se till att förbrukningsmaterial är på plats
Leda och delta i implementeringen av ständiga förbättringsstrategier avseende produktivitet, process och produktkvalitet
Samarbeta med vårt Supply Chain Management team, Teknik & Kvalitetsavdelning samt olika delar av produktionen
Delta i olika projekt
Analysera data och dra slutsatser
Driva arbetet med att fullfölja Degerfors Operations löpande plan genom att utveckla och motivera medarbetare så att uppsatta mål nås


Vem är du?
Kandidatexamen i ingenjörsvetenskap (t.ex. mekanisk, kemisk, industriekonomi etc.)
Arbetslivserfarenhet från liknande roll och/eller erfarenhet av projektledning är meriterande
God analytisk förmåga och vilja att lära dig nya saker
Goda kunskaper i MS office paketet
Språkkunskaper i svenska och engelska, flytande i tal och skrift
Som person är du positiv, strukturerad och tycker om att skapa resultat tillsammans med ditt team

As a Production engineer you will work a lot with data analysis of our products and you will substitute your group manager in his absence, you’ll be responsible for planning and distributing work and coordinating production. Together with your manager you will make sure that your team is a success!

Your role:
Responsibility for supplies purchase
Making sure that all necessary consumables are on site
Work continuously on work-environment, health & safety
Lead and participate in the implementation of continuous improvement strategies regarding productivity, process, and product quality
You will collaborate a lot with our supply chain management team, technique & quality department, operations
Participate in project work
Analyzing data, making right conclusions
To complete Degerfors Operations' ongoing plan by developing and motivating employees so that set goals are reached


About you:
You have Bachelor’s degree in engineering (e.g., mechanical, chemical industrial economy etc.)
Previous experience of working in similar role and/or project management is an advantage
Good analytical skills and willingness to learn
Good knowledge in MS office package
You are fully fluent in Swedish and have good English language skills
Attentiveness to details

In the testing department, we are performing testing of corrosion resistance and mechanical properties as well as metallographic examination on Degerfors Operation’s products.
As a Production engineer you will work alongside our Testing engineer and will assist your manager in planning and distributing work, leading preventative maintenance and coordinating production. Together with your manager you will make sure that your team is a success!
Your role:
Responsibility of maintenance, purchase of supplies and management of non-conformities
Work continuously on work-environment, health & safety
Lead and participate in the implementation of continuous improvement strategies within given process group
You will collaborate with our supply chain management team, technique & quality department, operations, and safety team
Participate and in some cases run investment projects.

About you:
You have at least a bachelor’s degree in engineering (e.g., materials, testing or quality) or equivalent experience
Previous experience of working in maintenance
Good computer skills, experienced user of administration systems
You are fully fluent in Swedish and English
You are a flexible person who always puts safety first

?We at Outokumpu in Degerfors are searching for an intuitive and responsible Production Engineer to support our Pickling & Finishing lines. We offer you a broad role with great freedom that places you in the heart of our world-class stainless-steel production.
As a Production Engineer, your duties will be both operative and strategic. You will collaborate with the manager and specialists to continuously improve the department’s production and maintenance processes. You will also support the manager in coordinating and leading the operators’ daily activities, ensuring a safe, sustainable, and respectful work environment.
In the Pickling & Finishing department, we are conducting various chemical processes and analyses to ensure our stainless steel meets the highest possible standards. As the manager’s right hand, your goal is then to troubleshoot, develop, and optimize the chemistry in our products and between our people.

Qualifications
Recent engineering degree focused in manufacturing, chemistry, mechanical, or other education/experience we consider equivalent
3-4 years’ work experience in e.g. manufacturing, chemistry, maintenance, and/or as a manager
Interest in chemical processes and cross-functional development
Experience with continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) projects is a merit
Working proficiency in Swedish & English languages
